ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻨﺎ ﻓﺘﺢ
ﺫﻛﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻨﺎ ﺣﺼﻦ
ﻟﻄﻒ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻨﺎ ﻋﻮﻥ
ﻧﻌﻠﻮ ﺑﻪ ﺩﺭﺟﺎﺕ
(“In the name of Allah” is our victory
Allah’s remembrance is our fortress
Allah’s kindness is our aid
It raises our station)

ﻻ ﺍﻟﻪ ﺍﻻ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰﺓ
ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺭﺣﻤﺔ
ﻻ ﺍﻟﻪ ﺍﻻ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰﺓ
ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺭﺣﻤﺔ
(“There is no god but Allah” is dignity and honour
“Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah” is mercy)

ﻧِﻌﻢَ ﻟﺴﺎﻥٌ ﺭﻃﺐٌ ﺑﺬﻛﺮٍ
ﻣﻨﺸﻐﻞٌ ﺑﺤﻤﺪٍ ﻭﺑﺸﻜﺮ
ﻻ ﺑﺤﻤﺪ ﻧﺤﺼﻲ ﺛﻨﺎﻩ
ﻭﻻ ﺑﺸﻜﺮٍ ﻧﻔﻲ ﻋﻄﺎﻩ
ﺣﺴﺐُ ﺫﻛﺮﻱ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻨﺎﻝَ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ﺭﺿﺎﻩ
ﻛﻢ ﺑﺬﻛﺮٍ ﻃﺎﺏ ﻋﻴﺶٌ ﻭﺗﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ
(The best tongue is the one that always remembers Allah
And is always busy with praising and thanking Him
No amount of praise would be sufficient to fulfil how He should be praised
And no amount of thanks would be enough to repay His generous blessings
My only wish is that my remembrance will attain the pleasure of the Merciful
It is through remembrance that living become enjoyable and life balanced )

إليك إله الخلق أرفع رغبتي
وإن كنتُ ياذا المنِّ والجود مجرماً
ولَّما قسا قلبي، وضاقت مذاهبي
جَعَلْتُ الرَّجَا مِنِّي لِعَفْوِكَ سُلّمَا
فَمَا زِلْتَ ذَا عَفْوٍ عَنِ الذَّنْبِ لَمْ تَزَلْ
تَجُودُ وَتَعْفُو مِنَّة ً وَتَكَرُّمَا

ألستَ الذِّي غذيتني و هديتني

ويسترُ أوزاري وما قد تقدما

فإن تعفُ عني تعفُ عن متمردٍ
ظَلُومٍ غَشُومٍ لا يزايلُ مأثما
وإن تنتقمْ مني فلستُ بآيسٍ
ولو أدخلوا نفسي بجُرْم جهنَّما

فَصِيحاً إِذَا مَا كَانَ فِي ذِكْرِ رَبِّهِ
وَفِي مَا سِواهُ فِي الْوَرَى كَانَ أَعْجَمَا
يَقُولُ حَبيبي أَنْتَ سُؤْلِي وَبُغْيَتِي
كفى بكَ للراجينَ سؤلاً ومغنما

أصونُ ودادي أن يدنسه الهوى
وأحفظ عهد الحب أن يتثلما
ففي يقظتي شوق وفي غفوتي منى
تلاحق خطوي نشوة وترنما
فجرمي عظيم من قديم وحادث
وعفوك يأتي العبد أعلى وأبسم

إِلَى السَماءِ مَدَدْتُ يا إِلٰهِي يَدا
ثُمَّ مَسَحْتُ بِأُخْرَى دَمْعَ مُتَّقِدا

للّٰهِ خَوْفِي ، فَجَوْفِي لا يَسُودُ بِهِ
غَيْرَ العَظِيمِ ، فَعادَ القَلْبُ مُرْتَعِدا

فِي اللّٰهِ أَرْجُو ، فَأَنْجُو مِنْ حِبالِ الوَرَى
كَيْفَ العَبِيدُ رَضَتْ مِنْ جِنْسِها سَنَدا ؟!

أَغِيبُ فِي الرُوحِ عَنْ دُنْيا تُؤَرِّقُنِي
خَلَعْتُ نَعْلَ الهَوَى ؛ بَلْ أَخْلَعُ الجَسَدَ

سَجَدْتُ بِالقَلْبِ وَالأَعْضاءُ تابِعَةٌ
فَإِنْ أَبَى القَلْبُ ، جِسْمُ العَبْدِ ما سَجَدَ !
